No longer Serving Reagan Washington National Airport
White Cloud Charter LLC no longer holds the certification under the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP) to fly in and out of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). White Cloud is based at Westchester County Airport (HPN), just north of White Plains, NY., which is a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) approved gateway airport.
The DASSP certification process requires TSA inspection of crew, passengers, baggage and the aircraft. All departure and arrival times are subject to TSA authorization. Crew and passenger manifests are checked 24 hours before each flight, which must be from an approved gateway airport. The process also entails FBI background checks for all flight crew, and an armed security officer must be on board each flight.
